You have the option of one on one with a personal trainer or you may prefer a small group.
We are here to provide you with a plan for success in achieving your fitness goals.
$65.00/training session OR a group of 4 is $25 per person.
Teen/Young Adult Strength and Conditioning
6 Weeks - $90.00 plus tax
A series of core based exercises to strengthen abdominal muscles and other sport specific muscle groups. A solid core and increases flexibility is the key to successful, injury free athletic seasons. This class is quickly paced and challenging for most field athlete's.
Runs 45 minutes to an hour.
