salsa, samba, and cumbia-making simple cardio-healthy dance steps that

KID'S FITNESS - What Are The Benefits Of ZumbAtomic?
We are becoming a nation of obese people due to modern lifestyles and games consoles. Physical activity is disappearing from school timetables and a lot of today's children simply do not move enough to stay fit and healthy. It recommended that children take part in at least 60 minutes of structured exercise throughout the week and these classes are a great way to contribute to that. Children will make new friends, gain in confidence and improve their balance and coordination dramatically as well as their memory and musicality. By taking part in regular structured exercise classes, children will be on their way to living a healthy life and are less likely to suffer from obesity and other health-related issues as an adult.

This is a Latin inspired, dance 'n tone
program. This is the original dance-fitness class taken to the next
level. ZUMBA Toning is an innovative muscle training program with the
addition of light weight toning sticks, which are very similar to
maracas. In a relatively short period of time, this challenging workout
helps in building coordination and muscle endurance. Now that you've
worked on your lower body rhythm, its time to perfect the upper body!
The NEW and exciting ZUMBA Toning program is designed to offer the
participant a safe, yet effective total body toning workout! This class
is open to everyone, no previous dance or ZUMBA class experience
necessary. For this class you will need toning sticks. You will be able
to purchase YOUR toning sticks at the Core Club. |

Circuit Training

A circuit style total body workout.
These fast-paced, fun filled, energetic exercises address every muscle
group and incorporate aerobics as well, by adding intervals of cardio.
We will use a variety of props to create circuits that engage your
muscles, your interest and your heart. This class is taught by a
personal trainer with an intense focus on learning your body and safety. |
Group Cycling

Cycling is great for strengthening the heart
and lungs, burning calories and decreasing stress. There is no better
way of enjoying indoor cycling than in a supportive group. This setting
is led by our energetic cycling instructors. |
Kettlebells |
Using kettle bells, ropes, body resistance,
weights and more!
This class is designed for men and women of all ages. This is an
introductory class teaching the basics of this perfect full body workout
using kettlebells (weights with handles), ropes, plyometrics, and more.
Everyone will progress at his or her own pace to achieve both a
cardiovascular and total body resistance workout. This class will be fun
and dynamic with lots of individual attention on proper form and
technique. |
Line Dancing

Beginner/Intermediate Line dancing taught to a mix of Country and
Progressive music. No experience necessary, no partner needed. This will
be a fun class! Learn dances that are enjoyed not just locally but all
over the country and the world! Improve your skills and feel comfortable
participating at dance events or clubs. |
Personal Training |
Intense individualized session to assess, plan
and implement training programs. If you have not exercised consistently
or notice that you don't know how to progress your own training
goals....personal training is for you. Nutrition, weight loss and proper
stretching techniques are included in these intense, 1 hour sessions.
We also offer small groups of 2, 3 or 4 individuals who meet for 1 hour
sessions to work on training goals together. Nutrition, weight loss,
rest and proper stretching is included in this 1 hour session. |
Pilates |
This rigorous, fun, full body workout uses the
fundamental exercises of Joseph Pilates. Focus is on core strength,
stamina and flexibility. Proper body alignment and breath are also
included in each class. There is frequent use of props, big ball, small
ball, and light hand weights. Modification of exercises is always
provided. Yoga poses are also used, including plank. You will need to
bring a yoga mat for this class. We have mats for purchase at the
Core Club. |
Standing Flow |
Standing Flow is a barefoot fusion-style conditioning program that blends training techniques from Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and fitness. This workout will develop core strength, muscular endurance, dynamic balance and flexibilty. GREAT FOR MEN, WOMEN AND TEENS!

Power Yoga |
Tap into your inner strength. This powerful
practice will provide you a forum to increase your fitness level,
de-stress and de-tox! All in one- power hour! A class not to be missed!

R.I.P.P.E.D |
The One Stop Body Shock is a "Plateau Proof

Yoga |
Students will experience a
detailed exploration of basic postures and breath practices and learn to
adjust yoga postures to suit individual needs and limitations. You
